WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm EST and Sunday 12pm - 6pm EST. We are closed in observation of ALL major holidays.
I CONTACTED YOU AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to reply within our business hours. Excluding Holiday's. Also be sure to check your junk/spam folder for our communications.
IF I PLACE AN ORDER ON A HOLIDAY WHEN WILL IT BE FULFILLED?
If you place an order on a Holiday, we will begin fulfilling your order the next day.
I HAVE NEVER ORDERED WITH YOU BEFORE, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Once you made your order selection online, most of our designs require that you provide us with your measurements (bust, top size, waist, hip, height and heel height). You can take these yourself by purchasing a tape measure from your local craft store, superstore; or get professional measured locally. Next you can complete your order online and receive your Order conformation via email. Regular Orders take 10 days to design and will ship the day they are completed. Free shipping is 2-3 days, excluding Sunday's and Holiday's. All deliveries require a signature.

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND IT DOES NOT FIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We take pride providing an excellent fit. If your item does not fit due to a mistake on our part we will fix it free of charge. Contact us explaining your issues and we may require pictures of you with the outfit on, to better assist us with your request. However, if you provided us with incorrect measurements/ information - There will be a $45 charge to fix the item.
After we have approved your request, you can return the package back to us. Please note- If we receive the merchandise back with any rips, stains or makeup; It will be returned to you in that same condition.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY MERCHANDISE AFTER I RECEIVE IT?
All of our merchandise is Made To Order per your measurements and request; and cannot be exchanged or returned.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN COME TO?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a store open to the public.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM OUTFITS, PROM DRESSES, OR BRIDAL DRESSES?
Absolutely, All custom orders require a consultation to discuss details, draw sketches and/or take measurements. ALL Consultations are non-refundable. Amount paid for consultation goes towards outfit balance, or will be forfeited if you decide not to move forward with the process.
HOW MUCH ARE CONSULTATIONS?
In-Person - $50 (Atlanta and surrounding area)
Email/ Phone - $45
Bridal - $100
Prom - $75
VIP consultation - $100 & up
WHAT ARE VIP CONSULTATIONS?
VIP consultations are for clients not located in the Atlanta area, in need of custom designs. We will travel to you and/or with you in order to design your custom order. Email details of travel for prices.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, order cancellations* processed within 24 hours of purchase time via EMAIL ONLY (ORDERS@JURRIA.COM) will be refunded for the FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT. All cancellations made after this time will NOT be approved and will be completed and shipped out as scheduled.
CAN I CHANGE OR ALTER MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change/alter your order within 24 hours of the purchase time via EMAIL ONLY (ORDERS@JURRIA.COM). This includes, custom orders, measurements, color, style, and length.** If there is a price difference, an invoice will be emailed to you and due that same day. If Invoice is not paid within allotted time, this change will be voided.
CAN I CHANGE OR ALTER MY ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS?
Any changes to your order after this time, will result in a alteration fee of $25 and up. All orders are not eligible for this option. Contact us via email (ORDERS@JURRIA.COM) for more information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund is processed, your original form of payment will be immediately credited for the refunded amount. Depending on your banking institute, It may take up to 5 business days for them to credit your account. This does not include Holidays. Please allow the entire time for your account to be credited.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
All merchandise is "Made to Order" and requires 10 days*** to fulfill after purchase date. Once fulfilled, your order ships that day.
AFTER MY ORDER IS FULFILLED AND SHIPPED, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Domestic orders shipped with our FREE Priority Mail service will receive their package within 2-3 days (excluding Sunday's and Holiday's). Signature Required. Domestic orders shipped using Next Day Express Mail service will receive their package the next day (excluding Sunday's and Holiday's). Signature Required. International orders shipped with Priority Mail will receive their package within 6-10 business days. International orders shipped with Express Mail will receive their package within 3-5 business days.
IF I AM IN THE ATLANTA AREA, CAN I MEET YOU TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
No, we do not meet for delivers. ALL orders are shipped via USPS. Atlanta residents will receive their packages in 1 business day after order is fulfilled.
HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
$40 for International orders shipped with Priority Mail (6-10 business days). $55 International orders shipped with Express Mail (3-5 business days)
HOW MUCH IS NEXT DAY EXPRESS MAIL?
Next Day Shipping is available for $35. Domestic orders ONLY.
IS NEXT DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE FOR MY CITY?
Next day delivery service is not available for ALL cities/states. Contact us to find out if this service is available in your area. US ONLY.
DOES ADDING NEXT DAY DELIVERY SPEED UP THE FULFILLMENT TIME?
No, adding Next day delivery does not change the time it takes to fulfill your order. All merchandise is "Made to Order" and requires 10 days*** to fulfill after the purchase date. If you would like to receive your order sooner, Order VIP.
WHAT IS VIP ORDERING?
These are orders requested and processed outside of our regular fulfillment times. If you need your order sooner, we will work overtime to accommodate you. Contact us for available options. All Orders are not eligible/ available for VIP processing. Please contact ORDERS@JURRIA.COM before purchasing. A $50 Convenience Fee and a Next Day*** Shipping charge is assessed with this process.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is fulfilled and shipped. Sometimes our emails will go to your Junk / Spam folder. Be sure to add auto-reply@usps.com and USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com to your address book to ensure you receive our email.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS SHOWING UP "NOT FOUND", WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update in the carriers system. This does not include Sunday's or Holidays.
I DO NOT WANT TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE, ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS?
Unfortunately, we require signatures for insurance purposes that can not be waived. We value your purchase and want to ensure you receive your package on time and undamaged.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE SHIPPED. USPS IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND ALL INQUIRES SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO USPS.
WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPING DELAYED OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
We ship out orders to the address you enter, which is also found on your Order Receipt conformation. Be sure to check for accuracy. Delivery addresses require a first and last name, street number, street name, street direction(if applicable), unit/apt. number(if applicable), city, state, and zip code. US ONLY. Enter your shipping address as it appears on your mail, with any spaces, punctuation, or abbreviation. We cannot ship to an address not found by USPS and are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address, due to customer error.
International orders please be sure to check delivery address for accuracy.
