In stock merchandise can be returned.
Return Shipping is at Customers expense.
Returns must be received within 10 days to be credited a refund. Refund amount will NOT include original shipping amount. Credit amount will only be the cost of item(s) and any applicable tax.
We recommend getting a tracking number and/or insurance for your return in case the package it lost during transit . We are not liable for packages lost in transit. Ship at your own risk.
Returnable items MUST be in same unworn condition.
Returns process same day as received. After processing, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment , effective immediately.
Garment Dust bag must be returned with item in original condition. If bag is not received back or received in a condition outside of the original; customer will incur a $15 fee, which will be subtracted from return credit amount .
Any merchandise with strong odors/ perfume, makeup, spray tan, dirt, stains, oils, rips/tears, tampered/broken security tape or unreasonably amount of broken threads will NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT CREDITED.

If merchandise is defective but unworn please contact us via email at orders@jurria.com within 5 days of receiving your product.
